Delete your Universe Within account

You can permanently delete your account and associated data directly in the Universe Within app. Open Settings, choose Delete my account, and confirm Delete everything.

If you cannot access the app

Email hello@universewithinbodytherapy.com from the address associated with your account, using the subject “Account Deletion Request.” We may need to verify that you own the account before completing the request.

What deletion removes

Deletion removes your account and application data from active systems, including check-ins, personal notes, sessions, subscription records, notification records, practitioner connections, sharing history, and connection-specific practitioner notes.

Limited records may remain temporarily in backups or with processors according to their deletion cycles, or where retention is required for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or safety obligations. See our Privacy Policy for details.
